The Employee Share Ownership Program (ESOP), announced in the prospectus filed when the company launched its initial offer of shares, provides our staff the options to buy new Company shares issued by the company up to maximum of 5% of the company's issued and paid up capital after the initial public Offering.
The issuance and distribution of share option to ESOP program participants will be implemented in three phases :
- Phase I
A maximum of 30% of the ESOP options issued and distributed to ESOP program participants from October 27th 2015 equal to 60,556,237 stock options with the price Rp. 968.76.
- Phase II
A maximum of 30% of the ESOP options issued and distributed to ESOP program participants from October 27th 2015 equal to 60,556,237 stock options with the price Rp. 791.28.
- Phase III
A maximum of 40% of the ESOP option issued and distributed on October 27th 2017, equal to 80,741,648 stock options with the price Rp.1,337.04.
In November 2013 the company did a non preemptive share placement, issuing 270,100,000 new shares at a price of Rp 850 per shares taken by Pegasus CP One Ltd.
In December 2014 the company did a Rights Issue issuing 27,054,108,001 new shares and at a price of Rp. 400 per shares with the ration of six new shares for every one share.
