Corporate Secretary

A Corporate Secretary is an individual or unit tasked with performing corporate secretarial duties, including monitoring capital market regulations, advising the Board of Directors and Commissioners on compliance, supporting good corporate governance through public disclosures, timely regulatory reporting, organizing shareholder and board meetings, and facilitating orientation programs.
They also serve as a liaison between the company, shareholders, the Financial Services Authority, and other stakeholders.

Rizka, an Indonesian citizen born in 1978, earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Universitas Merdeka, Malang, in 2000. She is currently pursuing both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Law at IBLAM School of Law.
With four years of experience in customer service within the banking and marketing sectors, and 17 years in licensing, business development, and regulation in the palm oil plantation industry, Rizka has successfully developed new land opportunities and applied licenses across various regions in Indonesia, including Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, and Papua. Additionally, she actively contributes as a member of the Indonesian Palm Oil Association (IPOA).

The Company’s ensures accountability by having a well-structured organization & efficient workflows. Moreover, each division report to management, who create the business and financial reports for review by the Board of Commissioners and a Public Accounting Firm.
