Adalah biji yang merupakan endosperma (cangkang pelindung inti) dan embrio (inti) dengan kandungan minyak inti berkualitas tinggi. Produk ini dihasilkan dari pemisahan daging buah selama proses pengolahan di pabrik kelapa sawit.
