PT Eagle High Plantations Tbk (EHP) held a virtual public expose on November 9th, 2022. Present at the public expose were the CEO, Henderi Djunaidi, and two EHP Directors, Andrew Haryono and Yeoh Lean Khai.
In this event, Melanie Tantri as the Corporate Secretary of EHP explained that the revenue was recorded at IDR 3.4 trillion YTD at the end of this third quarter, where this figure reached 117% of the total revenue throughout 2022, an increase of 61% year-on-year (YoY). "The Company's EBITDA was recorded at IDR 806 billion YTD, up 40% compared to the same period last year. The company recorded a decrease in interest expenses by 23% compared to the same period in the previous year. Financial ratios have also improved over the last 2 years," continued Melanie.
Operational excellence that has been planned and implemented consistently, coupled with the Capex of rejuvenation of heavy equipment, factory machines, harvest trucks, and improvements in infrastructure quality significantly support operational effectiveness and plant productivity so as to provide positive results for production growth, operational and financial performance . CPO sales volume YTD increased by 32.5% compared to the same period last year.
EHP believes that business growth this year will translate into the coming years. To achieve this growth, the Company plans to add a factory in East Kalimantan, develop the existing land bank, implement operational excellence through mechanization, and continuously strengthen the Company's ESG values. EHP is optimistic that it can continue the positive performance trend, achieve double-digit growth again and achieve all-time high revenue in 2022.
