Environmental Stewardship

EHP is committed to managing the environment and strives to consistently implement business practices that minimize environmental impact. This commitment includes monitoring water and energy consumption, measuring emissions, and managing effluents, waste recycling, and biodiversity conservation. Our commitment is realized through the establishment of a Sustainability Policy, which is regularly reviewed and covers all EHP operational activities as well as all third-party suppliers. EHP also seeks to minimize the use of chemicals, strictly prohibits the use of paraquat, bans WHO Class 1A and 1B pesticides, and restricts chemicals listed under the Stockholm and Rotterdam Conventions, except under exceptional circumstances—such as when usage has been validated through a due diligence process or when permitted by government authorities during an outbreak.
